Certificated Enforcement Agents are required to supply a CPD to the courts in support of any renewal application for a Certificate.
In May 2018 the Data protection Act 1998 will be replaced with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) thus leaving a gap in your Taking Control of Goods Level 2 and above.
We aim to address this with a review and an update of the guidelines affecting the EA in their day to day job.
The review will cover:
- GDPR and its affect on the Data Protection Act
- Powers of the Enforcement Agent
- Enforcement Process
- Rights of Entry
- Ways to seize to and control Goods
- Application of fees
- Removal Process
- Sales Process
- Keeping your Certificate Compliant
An exam will be held and a 75% pass will be required.
A certificate of completion will be issued for your CPD file as proof that you have updated your knowledge to conform with legislation.
Bookings are closed for this event.
